Plan terms

A plain summary of how plans work. This is a draft that has not been reviewed by counsel, and no plan is being sold yet.

Trial

A licensed mortgage company approved by LOAF gets 14 days and up to 25 documents, whichever ends first. No card is needed and nothing renews or charges at the end of the trial.

Plans and documents

Each plan includes a number of user seats and a number of documents per billing period. A document is counted each time LOAF reads one, so uploading the same file again counts again. A package of more than 40 pages counts as two documents, and LOAF asks before reading it. A read that fails is not counted. When your company reaches its limit, new documents are paused until the period renews or you move to a bigger plan. We never bill for extra documents automatically.

Billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, and renew automatically until canceled. You can change or cancel a plan any time in Manage Plan. LOAF never sees or stores your card number. If a payment fails, documents keep working for 7 days while you fix it, then pause until it is paid.

Estimates

LOAF is a draft-review aid. Time-saved and value figures are estimates, not guarantees, and the findings it shows are for your review, not a decision about any loan.
